MEET KEVIN
Kevin is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about health and fitness and helping others be the best version of themselves. He currently trains privately all around New York City and for a major New York City University.
Kevin works with people of all ages and fitness levels to help them achieve their goals and meet their needs. From general fitness to injury prevention to post injury rehab, Kevin has experience working with people of all ages and conditions, including degenerative conditions such as Parkinson’s disease.
Born and bred in the New York City area, Kevin earned a bachelors degree from Binghamton University and a masters degree from Columbia University. He was an avid athlete growing up and was inspired by watching his father run the New York City marathon. Kevin was invited to pitch spring training for a newly created International Baseball League.
Growing up with two older sisters who often tossed him around like a baseball, Kevin was determined to find the strength to remain upright should they push him again. Fortunately, the pushing subsided as they got older, but Kevin continued to become dedicated to health and fitness. As an actor and performer, he has been seen on television, at Carnegie Hall, Radio City Music Hall, on Broadway, and around the world.
Kevin looks forward to the opportunity of helping you achieve your goals in a supportive and nurturing environment.
